The Midori Pocket Diary 2027 B6 Weekly Ojisan accompanies the entire year with one of Midori's most iconic and entertaining characters. First introduced in 1995 as a design for the Pocket Diary, Ojisan continues his little everyday adventures alongside his faithful dogs, playfully interacting with numbers, lines and spaces throughout the diary.
The interior is fully illustrated in color, with a different story unfolding every month. Ojisan strikes poses inspired by the year's numbers, interacts with the graphic elements of the pages and appears throughout the monthly planner in sequences reminiscent of small comic strips. Since 2025, Midori has also adopted a more legible typeface to improve visibility and make the diary more comfortable to write in.
The B6 format combines monthly planners with a weekly left layout. Each monthly section is followed by its corresponding weeks: the left-hand page organizes all seven days, while the right-hand page provides generous free space for notes. This versatile layout is ideal for anyone who wants to keep thoughts, lists, projects, memories and other information alongside their appointments.
A convenient To Do List at the bottom of each monthly planner provides space for keeping track of tasks. The diary includes 15 months of monthly planners, from January 2027 to March 2028, together with 12 months of weekly planners, from January to December 2027.
Additional sections include yearly calendar and schedule pages, 25 grid memo pages, 4 perforated memo sheets that can be divided into 24 individual notes, a My Memories section and a personal information page. The memo section also hides a playful detail: flip through the pages quickly and the illustrations of Ojisan playing his guitar create a small animated effect.
Made in Japan with MD Paper, the Midori Pocket Diary 2027 B6 Weekly Ojisan contains 192 pages. Its PVC cover incorporates a pen holder, while thread binding, a bookmark ribbon and convenient side indexes complete a diary that combines plenty of room for planning and writing with the unmistakable humor of Ojisan's world.
